Processing student applications, registration, assessments and examinations, work-integrated learning, communication, statistical analysis and
reporting, billing and financial aid procedures and media publications. Your Personal Information may be shared with third parties as required for
the purposes of fulfilment of this application.
By not providing us with the Personal Information as requested on this form, we will not be able to process your application for possible admission
to ACS Academy.

the information disclosed in your application. I also understand that I have the right to at any time object against receiving Direct Marketing
communication electronically, by informing ACS Academy administration.

The Consent form must be signed by parent / guardian if applicant is younger than 18 years of age.

ACS Academy reserves the legal right to accept applicants based on meeting the minimum prescribed academic entrance criteria as well as our
own rights of admission. A letter of provisional acceptance will be forwarded to the applicant and/or account payer in due course. As available space
is limited, ACS Academy operates under a strictly first-come, first-served policy. All applications received for courses that have already been filled will
be subject to a waiting list, and final enrolment will not be guaranteed.
